Dr. Quigley, a lifelong “local,” was born in Red Bank and raised in Lincroft. She is a graduate of Saint Leo the Great School in Lincroft, Red Bank Catholic High School, and Villanova University. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 1999 and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honors Society that same year.

After completing a one-year General Practice Residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, she returned to Rutgers where she earned her Certificate in Orthodontics in 2003. She is a member of several professional organizations and has been voted a Monmouth County Top Dentist by her peers since 2021, a New Jersey Family Favorite Kids’ Doc by patients and their families since 2022 and a New Jersey Monthly Top Dentist by her peers since 2023.
