Your First Visit

What to Expect

We understand that each patient and their orthodontic need is different and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. Your first visit will consist of a review of your medical and dental history, an initial examination and discussion about factors that may make one treatment option more suitable than another. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership, with one common goal: helping you achieve a beautiful, confident smile! During your first visit, we will address the following questions that cover the basics of orthodontic treatment. We encourage you to ask questions as well.

Financial Information

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, personalized treatment that fits your budget. We offer no-interest financing options through our office to make your treatment more affordable. We accept payments by cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance Information

Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is in addition to your regular dental insurance. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and can request an estimate of your coverage. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services once treatment has started and file your claims for you but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child and if during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
